The quote provided on the online form is not final; it is a general idea of the cost before the website is discussed with you. The online quote is for information purposes only & does not form a legally binding contract between you and the company.

Final Quote and completion
All aspects of the website will be discussed before a quote is given. Once all the details of the website have been discussed, the final quote is given and if you choose to go ahead, you can pay online by debit/credit card via paypal or by post by cheque.

The full terms and contract will be emailed to you or handed to you when decide you would like ssdesign to complete work for you.

In order to give you the best possible service and flexibility, it is necessary that we have sufficient information about you as our customer (usually name, address and contact number). We make sure all your personal information is stored in a safe and secure place. We also make sure it is disposed of safely in accordance with the current data protection legislation.

You can be assured that our internal procedures are in accordance with UK data protection act.

Credit/Debit card details and your personal data needed for some payments are considered extremely sensitive and classified. This information will not be accessible to anyone except specially authorised personnel for order processing purposes ONLY. Once all payments are received then debit/credit card details will be destroyed unless you wish to make regular monthly payments for support services in which case we require written confirmation signed by you in order to take regular payments.

We will not exchange or divulge any of your personal details to any third party without your consent.
